The employee has a picture set in When I Work but it's not appearing on ResaleAI
Follow these steps
- Go to Settings
- Employees
- Find the employees name
- Confirm that the phone # in ResaleAI matches what is in WIW
- Confirm that the email in ResaleAI matches what is in WIW
- Lastly confirm their contact information in WIW is public
As long as those items match up, the picture should update with in a few hours.
