Ask a team member to log in to ResaleAI with their PIN, and have them go to the Team List page. (The Team List page is the menu icon towards the bottom that looks like multiple people.)
Find your name on the Team List, and click “Set PIN.”
It should prompt you to set a new PIN code. Click “Save” to submit.
Next, click the top menu and select “Refresh” to save the change. Now your new PIN code should work when you sign in on the lock screen.
